Our Programs
Educate. Advocate. Inspire.
Our Pediatric Cancer Education and Awareness Program is dedicated to empowering families, educators, and communities with the knowledge and resources needed to support children affected by cancer. Through interactive workshops, educational materials, and online resources, we aim to:
· Increase understanding of pediatric cancer and its effects on children and families
· Provide practical strategies for supporting students with cancer in the classroom and at home
· Foster a culture of inclusivity, empathy, and support in schools and communities
· Raise awareness about the importance of pediatric cancer research and funding
By educating and raising awareness, we hope to improve the lives of children with cancer, support their families, and create a more compassionate and informed community.

Nourishing Young Bodies & Spirits
Our Pediatric Cancer Nutritional Program is designed to provide vital nutrition support to children with cancer and their families. We understand that cancer treatment can have a significant impact on a child's nutrition and overall health, and that proper nutrition is essential for optimal treatment outcomes.
Our goal is to help children with cancer maintain optimal nutrition, manage treatment side effects, and improve their overall well-being. We believe that every child deserves access to nutritious food and expert nutrition guidance, and we are committed to making that a reality.
Pediatric Cancer Resource & Advocacy Center
Our Pediatric Cancer Advocacy and Resource Center is a haven of hope and support for families navigating the journey of childhood cancer. We provide a comprehensive range of services, including:
· Emotional and group support
· Resource navigation of medical, mental and financial resources
· Education and advocacy training
· Connection to other community resources
Our center is staffed by experienced personnel and dedicated volunteers who understand the unique challenges of pediatric cancer. We strive to educate families with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to advocate for their child's best interests and navigate the complex healthcare system.
Our goal is to ensure that no family faces childhood cancer alone, and that every child receives the best possible care and support. Through our center, we aim to create a community of strength, resilience, and hope for families affected by pediatric cancer.
**Due to COVID-19, we regret to inform that our center has temporarily closed until NKCC finds a new home. Please continue to check back with us in regards to a new resource and advocacy center location.
